Anonymous asked: what uni do you go to?

Billy Blue :)

makemyeveryday asked: i really appreciate the fact that your blog tab says "¿por qué no los dos?"

I’d been Frico Suave for a year, and ¿por qué no los dos? is really my attitude towards a lot of things. And also Old El Paso.

Actually, Anon, that reminds me a lot of when Ella came down to Sydney, and proudly told Camille and I that “last time [she] was in Sydney, [she] caught a ‘double-decker train’!”

And Camille and I looked at each other and said, “Honey, all the trains in Sydney are double-decker.”

Anonymous asked: What's the best and worst thing about your day?

The worst thing is probably getting up in the morning, as I am most definitely not a morning person, and they’re pretty brutal for me! I also have a tendency to skew my priorities so I’ll often end up checking and responding to emails / messages, reading ontd-glee the news, and eating breakfast (slowly) before I’ve gotten dressed / washed / packed my uni stuff. It’s always a bit of a scramble to leave the house by 7:30!

Best part of the day, if not uni, is the train ride home. I don’t live too far from the train line, but everything I need is only a bus ride away, so up until this year I never caught the train particularly often, maybe only a couple of times a month or so. Now I catch the train home most days a week, and although there is nothing particularly exciting about the train system (actually it’s always really effing cold) but I don’t think the novelty has worn off on me yet.
